In High Density Residential Zones, no lot shall
be used and no structure shall be erected, altered or occupied for
any purpose except the following:

A. The accessory building shall comply in all respects
to the yard requirements of the principal building. Detached accessory
buildings shall be located to the rear of the front building line
of the principal building and be located in the side yard so as to
conform to side yard requirements. A site plan shall be submitted
for all accessory buildings so the Planning Board can determine the
adequacy of parking.
B. Accessory uses as defined by §
100-3 shall be permitted.
