Wicomico County, MD Article XI Civic Center

§ 203-24 Imposition and rate of user fee.

A. A user fee is hereby imposed upon the charge for tickets at all ticketed events, with the exception of trade shows and banquets, held at the Wicomico County Youth and Civic Center.

B. The user fee imposed by this section shall be levied at the rate of 5% of the charge for a ticket to an event held at the Wicomico County Youth and Civic Center.

§ 203-25 Dedication.

All revenue from the user fee authorized under § 203-24 shall be dedicated to the physical improvement of and renovations to the Wicomico County Youth and Civic Center.
