The Selectmen shall license all taxicabs that they deem necessary for the best interest of the Town of Wolfeboro.

Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 164.
No taxicab shall be operated in the Town of Wolfeboro without first obtaining a license from the Selectmen.
The Selectmen shall adopt some identifying mark, sticker or plate that shall be attached to each licensed taxicab.
The taxicab shall be clean and sanitary, and the drivers shall be capable, courteous and careful.
The license fee shall be $25 for each taxicab.
The Selectmen shall require proof of reasonable insurance or bond for each taxicab for the protection of passengers riding therein.
All fines shall inure to the Town Treasury.
