Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 164.
The Selectmen shall license all taxicabs that they deem necessary for the best interest of the Town of Wolfeboro.
The Selectmen shall require proof of reasonable insurance or bond for each taxicab for the protection of passengers riding therein.
Any person, or persons or a corporation operating a taxicab as defined by Chapter 146 Laws of 1943,[1] without a license or approved insurance or bond shall be fined $25 and costs of court for each offense.
