Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 11,
Civil Service, adopted 12-30-1974 by Ord. No. 250 as Ch. 5 of the
1974 Code of the Township of Lopatcong, as amended.
The Township of Lopatcong has adopted the provisions
of the Civil Service Act (N.J.S.A. 11A:1-1 et seq.) and shall comply
with all rules and regulations thereunder.
