A. 
The regulations promulgated by the State Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the Realty Improvement Sewerage and Facilities Act (1954), N.J.S.A. 58:11-23 et seq., and subsequent amendments thereto, and known as "Standards for Individual Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems," N.J.A.C. 7:9A-1.1 et seq., and subsequent amendments thereto, are hereby adopted and are of full force and effect in the Township of Lopatcong, except for the regulations and higher standards prescribed by this chapter.
B. 
Copies of said Standards for Individual Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems are on file in the office of the Administrative Authority for use and examination by the public.
A. 
Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any order promulgated under this chapter or the Standards for Individual Subsurface Sewage Disposal System, N.J.A.C. 7:9A et seq., made a part hereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each violation, at the discretion of the court.
B. 
Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
