The Township of Lopatcong exempts all qualified organizations from payment
of any municipal licensing fees in regard to any legalized games of chance
permitted by the Division of Consumer Affairs, Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission.
This exemption for municipal fees shall not exempt any qualified organization
from the payment of any fee due the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission
of the State of New Jersey.
