A snow emergency shall be in effect upon the
accumulation of four inches of snow upon paved streets in the township.
No notice or declaration of emergency need be given.
In the event of a snow emergency, all vehicles
shall be removed from the street to driveways or other suitable off-street
locations.
Any violation of this article shall, upon conviction,
be punishable by a fine not exceeding $100. Unavailability of off-street
parking shall be a defense if the Police Department has verified the
lack of off-street parking prior to the issuance of a summons.
