Village of Oyster Bay Cove, NY Chapter 48 Meetings

§ 48-1 Public comment time limited.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Oyster Bay Cove does hereby adopt the Rules of Procedure for Public Comment at Trustees' Meetings,[1] a copy of which is annexed hereto, which provides that each individual wishing to speak shall be limited to five minutes at the start of each meeting to comment on items listed on the agenda or, at other times, when recognized by the Mayor.
