For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Includes the division of any parcel of land (including any contiguous
property in common ownership, regardless of lot lines or tax lot lines) into
two or more lots, plots, sites, units or other division of land, or the change
in any lot line for any existing parcel of land or any lot, whether or not
such division or change results in any new streets or changes in existing
streets.
No person, firm, corporation, partnership, association
or other entity, either as owner, lessee, contract vendee or otherwise, shall
subdivide any parcel of land within the Village, or outside the Village and
within 300 feet of the Village boundary, or both, without the prior permission
of the Planning Board.
