No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase
or knowingly possess, transport or have under his control or in any
motor vehicle any alcoholic liquor, unless said person is employed
by a licensee under state law and is possessing, transporting or having
such alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle under his control during
regular working hours and in the course of his employment.

In addition to other penalties, any person violating
the provisions of this article shall be sentenced to pay a fine not
to exceed $500 or to imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both such
fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court, and be ordered
to pay court costs.
