The Manufactured Housing Residential District
is intended to provide areas where manufactured housing communities
(mobile home parks) and subdivisions may be developed.
In the Manufactured Housing Residential District,
no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected
except for one or more of the following uses:
A. Manufactured housing parks subject to the requirements
established by Act 419 of the Public Acts of 1976, as amended, and the provisions of this chapter and other
applicable ordinances of the Village of New Haven, and as approved
by the Manufactured Housing Division.
B. Manufactured housing subdivisions subject to the requirements
established by Act 288 of the Public Acts of 1967, as amended, the provisions of this chapter and other applicable
ordinances of the Village of New Haven.
C. Single-family manufactured housing and site-built
housing units.
The following special land uses may be permitted only after review and approval by the Planning Commission, subject to the requirements and standards of Article
XX and the submission of a site plan conforming with the requirements of §
515-100:
A. Manufactured housing condominiums as regulated by
Act 59 of the Public Acts of 1978.
Accessory structures and uses of land such as private recreation areas and management buildings designed primarily for the convenience and use of the dwellers of the park or subdivision, in accordance with §
515-78.
