This chapter is enacted pursuant to Article 3, § 20, of the
Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York.
No local law shall be passed by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Chittenango until a public hearing thereon has been had before said Board
of Trustees.
Public notice of at least three days shall be given before a public
hearing shall be held on any local law proposed to be enacted by said Board
of Trustees.
