No person shall operate a bicycle upon any sidewalk or highway within
the village between the hours of sunset and sunrise unless the same is equipped
with a warning bell or horn and a battery-operated light and a red tail reflector
in the rear.
No person operating such bicycle shall at any time carry another person
upon the handlebars or other portions of said bicycle.
Any person committing an offense against any of the provisions of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable for each offense by
a fine of not more than $50.
