The office of Senior Citizen Coordinator is hereby created, and such person shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of Council and shall hold office for a period of one year, commencing on January 1 of each year.
The Senior Citizen Coordinator shall serve as liaison, on behalf of the Borough, with the senior citizen residents of the Borough and with the senior citizen clubs established in the Borough.
