The Town of Lake George hereby grants a partial
real property tax exemption for persons 65 years of age or over in
accordance with § 467 of the Real Property Tax Law.
The amount and percentage of exemption allowed
under the above-granted exemption shall be as set forth from time
to time by resolution of the Town Board after public hearing.
