of the chapters previously adopted in the Code and any chapters to be adopted,
where reference is made to a dollar amount for a fee, or to the establishment

Town of Ontario Fee Schedule approved by resolution of the Town Board and
on file with the Town Clerk.”
This article shall not apply to penalties for violations established
by local law or ordinance for violation of any chapter of the Code of the

collected under the various chapters of the Code.
To the extent this article is contrary to § 130 of the Town
Law of the State of New York allowing a town board to enact an ordinance,
rule or regulation providing for the collection of any reasonable uniform
fee in connection therewith, § 130 is superseded by this article.
