[Adopted 3-13-1967]
The terms of office of the three Assessors of the Town of Ontario, New
York, now in office terminate on the 31st day of December 1967.
From and after the 31st day of December 1967, there shall be but one
Assessor for the Town of Ontario, New York.
[Amended 1-11-1988]
On the first day on January 1968 and every six years thereafter, the
Town Board of the Town of Ontario shall appoint one Assessor for such Town,
who shall serve for a term of six years at a salary to be determined annually
by the Town Board, which shall be in lieu of all other compensation.
