No person shall burn leaves, paper or refuse
of any kind on any street or public place in the Village within 50
feet of any building unless the material burned shall be contained
in a receptacle constructed of iron or wire and completely covered
with an iron or wire top so closely woven as to prevent the flying
of ashes therefrom.
