The position of Deputy Corporation Counsel is hereby created.
The Deputy Corporation Counsel shall have the duty of assisting the
Corporation Counsel in the performance of all acts and duties reposed in his
office and, in the absence or disability of the Corporation Counsel, shall
have the power to act in place and stead of the Corporation Counsel in the
performance of such acts and duties.
