A. 
No parking is permitted primarily for advertising purposes. It shall be presumed that parking is for advertising purposes if a vehicle (with signs on it in any manner) is not moved within 24 hours, except for vehicles where the advertising is a tradesman sign only or signs totaling not more than four square feet.
B. 
Any person and/or entity violating this § 286-79 shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a summary offense and sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $600 plus court costs and reasonable attorney fees and, in the event of default of payment, such violator may be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed five days. Each day and/or each violation by the same person and/or entity shall be considered a new and separate violation of the Code of the Borough of Chambersburg."
