The provisions of Real Property Tax Law § 1903
concerning homestead base proportions are hereby adopted.
The homestead base proportions shall be established
by resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rye Brook
in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the RPTL and shall
apply to taxes levied on the 2004 final assessment roll of the Town
of Rye and to taxes levied on subsequent rolls, until this article
shall be repealed.
