This article shall be called "Parking on Private Property."
Upon a written request from a School Board, accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the School Board requesting assistance in enforcing parking requirements, the Village of Rye Brook Police Department may enter upon property belonging to the school district for the purpose of enforcing no-parking requirements thereon, provided that the no-parking requirements are accompanied by proper markings and signs posted and maintained by the school district.[1]

Any person violating parking regulations established by the School Board consistent with this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $75 for each violation.

The parking of any vehicle in the front yard, as defined in the Zoning Ordinance, of any residence within the Village of Rye Brook is prohibited, except or otherwise permitted by the Code.
