It shall be the duty of any person or persons or body corporate occupying
land or premises in the Town of Denton to remove the snow from the sidewalks
or pavements adjoining said property immediately after it shall stop snowing;
provided, however, that if said person, persons or body corporate shall fail
to remove said snow within three hours from the time aforesaid, then in that
event, the Bailiff shall notify said person or persons or body corporate to
remove immediately the snow from the premises aforesaid and, if not removed
within three hours from the giving of said notice, said person, persons or
body corporate shall be fined not less than $100 for each and every day said
snow shall remain unmoved.
