During the period extending from December 1
in each year to March 31 of the following year, no person driving
or having any vehicle in his or her charge or under his or her control
shall permit the same to be parked or to be placed and let remain
or left standing (except for the period reasonably required to load
or unload passengers or goods) in or upon any streets or avenues in
the Village of Millbrook between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00
a.m.
Any person violating this article shall, upon
conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $25 for
the first offense, not less than $25 nor more than $50 for the second
offense and not less than $50 nor more than $100 for the third and
all subsequent offenses.
