All pools should have well-established rules and regulations. They represent the policies and procedures under which the pool will be operated. It is the responsibility of the owner, such as the municipality, to prepare, promulgate and revise, whenever necessary, rules and regulations. It is essential for the pool manager and his staff to enforce all rules and regulations. It is also appropriate for the manager to recommend additional rules and regulations as might be needed.
B.
The following rules and regulations have been established for your protection. They are intended to assure safe and sanitary operation of the pool and facilities and to provide a place of great enjoyment for you. Parents are requested to acquaint their children with these rules and direct them to obey instructions of the pool personnel. Individuals failing to comply with these rules and regulations may be suspended from the pool.
The Rhinebeck Community Pool will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property. These rules and regulations may be revised at any time by the Rhinebeck Recreation Committee. Any suggestions or complaints should be directed to the pool manager and/or any member of the Town Recreation Committee or Town Board.
Current fees are posted in the pool area.
