Editor's Note: This local law provides rules and regulations on methods and practices employed in the use of public and private treatment works, including all collection, transportation, treatment and disposal appurtenances and systems associated with the wastewater, and providing penalties for violations thereof in the Somerset-Barker Sewer District in the County of Niagara, State of New York. This local law governs the use of these facilities to protect the environment for the mutual benefit of all.
