The Director of Parks and Recreation is hereby
authorized, subject to approval of the Town Board by resolution, to

any Town park.
Upon the adoption of any rule regulating or

as it may determine notices of violation of any such park restriction
or regulation. Such notice may state that a charge of violation may
be disposed of by a voluntary payment to the Town Clerk of such sum
as the Town Board may by such resolution determine and that upon failure
of the person so served to respond to such notice within such period
of time as the Town Board may determine, the Town may commence action
for the maximum penalty herein provided or otherwise cause such violator
to be prosecuted according to law.
