The Guilderland Town Board, recognizing the
importance of protecting our environment and keeping our parks open
for the enjoyment of all Town residents, shall adopt the following
policy to apply to all parks within the Town.
Anyone using park facilities in the Town of
Guilderland shall be required to remove any trash, garbage, litter
or similar items when leaving the park. Anyone who violates this policy
may be charged for the cost of removing such trash.
The Department of Parks and Recreation shall
post notices of this policy in all Town parks and shall give copies
of this policy to all persons renting Town park facilities.
