This chapter shall supplement the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Incorporated Village of Head-of-the-Harbor adopted September 13, 1930, and as thereafter amended,[1] to the extent that the provisions of such Zoning Ordinance do not conflict with or are not contrary to provisions of this chapter, in which event the provisions of the latter shall prevail, and the enforcement hereof and the penalties which shall be imposed for violations hereunder shall be the same as are provided for in said Zoning Ordinance, as the same may be amended from time to time.
