§ 81-34 Critical environmental areas.

Critical environmental areas may be designated by resolution of the Board of Trustees, in accordance with the provisions of NYCRR 617.4(h).

§ 81-35 Enforcement under zoning provisions.

For purposes of enforcement, the provisions of this Part 2 relating to actions of the types defined in § 81-14A, B and C are added to the provisions of Chapter 165, Zoning and Land Development, and amendments thereto, and enforcement of said provisions shall be in accordance with Article XI of said chapter.

§ 81-36 When effective.

This Part 2 shall take effect immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State in accordance with § 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law. A copy of this Part 2 will be filed with the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation.
