As used in this Article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT
As a condition of approval of a subdivision plat or plats
pursuant to this Article, the modification of the applicable zoning
local law to provide an alternative permitted method of the development
of such plat or plats to allow all of the development which could
occur on a particular parcel of land to be developed on a portion
of said parcel. In no case shall the number of building plots or dwelling
units exceed the number which could be permitted, in the Board's judgment,
if the land were subdivided into lots conforming to the minimum lot
size and density requirements of this chapter.
ZONING DISTRICTS
Districts provided for in § 7-702 of State Village Law and Article
III of this chapter.
