Notwithstanding inconsistent provision of the Village Law, any member
of the Board of Trustees, other than the Mayor or Deputy Mayor, shall be eligible
for membership on the Planning Board of the Village of Maybrook. Pursuant
to the powers of the Village granted pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law § 10,
Subdivision 1e(3), this chapter shall supersede the provisions of Village
Law § 7-718, Subdivision 3, effective July 1, 1993.
