Except when a different fee is prescribed by statute, the charge per photocopy will be $0.25 per photocopy up to nine inches by 14 inches. Fees for copies of other records may be charged based upon the actual cost of reproduction.

Inspections requested of the Building Inspector by the Department of Social Services or any other government agency shall not be done unless the fee for said inspections is paid in advance by the owner of the structure to be inspected. The fee shall be $100 for each initial inspection and $100 for each follow-up inspection.

A. 
The Common Council of the City of Middletown does hereby adopt a service charge of $20 for checks which are dishonored and returned for insufficient funds, and to thereafter require future payments to be tendered in cash or by certified or cashier's check.

B. 
Such service charge shall be collected in the same manner prescribed by law for the collection of the account for which the check was tendered.

Payment for copies shall be made to the Treasurer who will credit the amount to the General Revenue Account.

The City of Middletown does hereby provide for the imposition of a fee of $2 chargeable against each parcel for which a notice of unpaid taxes is mailed in compliance with § 987 of the New York Real Property Tax Law.
