Pursuant to the authority contained in § C-74E of the City Charter, at the first regular meeting of each year, the City Council shall, by resolution, designate the official depositories of City funds.
At the first regular meeting of each year, the City Council shall, by resolution, designate one newspaper as the official newspaper of the City. Said newspaper shall be published on a daily basis.
Pursuant to §§ C-14 and C-68 of the City Charter, the amount of the official bonds of the following officers shall be as follows:

City Clerk: $100,000.

Director of Management and Budget: $100,000.

City Comptroller: $100,000.

City Auditor: $100,000.

By December 1 of each year, the City Comptroller shall review the list of City officers covered by official bonds and the amounts thereof and make a recommendation to the Mayor and City Council as to the officers to be covered and the amounts of official bonds of City officers for the subsequent year.
