Pursuant to the authority contained in § C-74E
of the City Charter, at the first regular meeting of each year, the
City Council shall, by resolution, designate the official depositories
of City funds.

official newspaper of the City. Said newspaper shall be published
on a daily basis.
Pursuant to §§
C-14 and C-68 of the City Charter, the amount of the official bonds of the following officers shall be as follows:
D. Director of Management and Budget: $100,000.
E. City Comptroller: $100,000.
G. City Purchasing Agent: $100,000.
H. Director of Personnel: $100,000.
J. Corporation Counsel: $100,000.
K. Commissioner of Public Works: $100,000.
L. Commissioner of Planning and Community Development:
$100,000.
M. Director of Economic Development: $100,000.
N. Commissioner of Recreation: $100,000.
O. Commissioner of Public Utilities: $100,000.
P. Cashier, Treasurer's office: $100,000.
By December 1 of each year, the City Comptroller
shall review the list of City officers covered by official bonds and
the amounts thereof and make a recommendation to the Mayor and City
Council as to the officers to be covered and the amounts of official
bonds of City officers for the subsequent year.
