The Board of Supervisors of the Township of
Kilbuck does hereby, in accordance with applicable law, levy a tax
upon such owners of property situate within the Township of Kilbuck
and in such amounts as is set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.[1]

The tax shall be applicable for the year 1986
and subsequent years until this article is amended.
