The Borough Council does hereby make the following findings for adoption
of the redevelopment plan pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7:
A. The area in need of redevelopment consists of Block 49,
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, of the Tax Map of the Borough of Oaklyn.
B. The objectives for the redevelopment plan are consistent
with the goals for development and redevelopment of the Borough as expressed
in the adopted Master Plan.
C. The proposed land uses and building requirements are consistent with the Master Plan and Chapter
125, Zoning, of the Borough of Oaklyn.
D. There will be no relocation to implement the redevelopment
plan.
E. The zoning provisions for the redevelopment area shall
remain in full force and effect but may be superseded by the redevelopment
plan where said plan and zoning provisions are in conflict.
The Borough Council does hereby determine that the Beechwood Redevelopment
is located in an area in need of redevelopment pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-5b
and d as recommended by the Planning Board.
The Borough Council does hereby adopt the Beechwood Determination of
Need and Beechwood Redevelopment Plan, amended as recommended by the Planning
Board, as the redevelopment plan for the area so designated.
If the terms of this article shall be in conflict with those of another
chapter of the Code of the Borough of Oaklyn, then the restriction which imposes
the greater limitation shall be enforced.
