Fees for installation of fuel storage tanks — See Ch. 100.
No person shall construct or maintain commercial fuel oil tanks within the limits of the borough without obtaining a license therefor.
A license may be issued by the Borough Clerk after due application on forms provided and upon written approval of the Chief of the Fire Department.

The annual license fee shall be $75 for each storage tank up to a capacity of 10,000 gallons. An additional fee of $10 will be required for each additional 1,000 gallons of capacity.
All of the provision of the chapter entitled, "Storage Tanks," of Part 9, entitled "Flammable Liquids" of the suggested Fire Prevention Ordinance recommended by the National Board of Fire Underwriters are hereby incorporated in this chapter as if set forth at length.
This chapter is enacted for the purpose of regulation and the production of revenue.
