Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided for the repeal
of former Art. IV, Feral and Semiwild Cats, adopted 3-6-2001 by Ord.
No. O:2001-02, as amended.
The Animal Control Officer (ACO) shall remain
responsible for the fulfillment of his statutory obligation as it
remains relating to feral and semiwild cats in the Town of Phillipsburg.
All calls relating to feral and semiwild cats
shall remain under the control of the ACO.
