It shall be the duty of the owner of every building or dwelling house
now or hereafter erected in any street in the Town to apply to the Department
of Municipal Services for the proper number of said building or dwelling house
and shall, within 30 days from the time they receive notice of the designated

396-1.
The Department of Municipal Services shall be the enforcing agency.
Any person or entity who shall violate or fail to comply with the provisions
of this chapter shall pay a penalty not to exceed $50, and each 30 days such
violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
