All licensed legalized games of chance, as the
same are defined by Title 5 of the Revised Statutes, are hereby permitted
to be conducted on Sundays within the borough, in accordance with
the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-31.
Notwithstanding these provisions, all other
requirements and regulations regarding legalized games of chance within
the borough, either state or municipal, shall apply.

For a violation of any provision of this chapter,
the maximum penalty, upon conviction thereof, shall be a fine not
exceeding $1,000, or imprisonment for up to ninety (90) days, or a
period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination
thereof.

The issuing authority for the Borough responsible for approving
all licensed legalized games of chance shall be the Municipal Clerk.
The Clerk shall report all licenses granted pursuant to this chapter
at the next meeting thereafter of the Mayor and Council.
