The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§
400-34), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.

Trucks over four tons gross weight are excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§
400-35), attached to and made a part of this chapter. This section shall not apply to trucks picking up or delivering materials on the described streets or parts of streets.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§
400-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter shall have the speed limits as set forth therein. Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained as required by the Director of Motor Vehicles.
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.
39:1 et seq., traffic control signals shall be installed and operated
at the following designated locations:

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XI (§
400-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are designated and maintained as no-passing zones as authorized by the Commissioner of Transportation.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute, any person convicted of a violation of this
chapter, or any supplement thereto, shall be liable to a penalty of
not more than $300 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days,
or both.

The streets or parts of streets described in
Schedule XIII, Location of Crosswalks, and Schedule XIV, Location
of Crosswalks with In-Street Pedestrian Signs, attached to and made
of part of this chapter, shall have the crosswalks as set forth therein.
The Borough will have proper pavement markings consistent with the
Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and the provisions of this
chapter placed upon said streets. The installation of in-street pedestrian
crossing right-of-way signs shall be subject to the guidelines issued
by the Commissioner of Transportation after consultation with the
Director of the Office of Highway Traffic Safety in the Department
of Law and Public Safety.
