There is hereby established a Park Maintenance Board.
The Board shall consist of three members, one of whom shall be a member
of the Council serving on the Council Buildings and Grounds Committee. Appointments
shall be made by the Mayor for a term of one year.
The Board shall have the following duties and powers:
A. It shall recommend to the Mayor and Council the amount
of fees to be charged users of municipally owned or operated recreational
facilities.
B. It shall collect the aforesaid fees and expend the same
for maintenance and improvements of municipally owned and operated recreational
facilities.
