Certain lands lying and being in the Borough
of Riverdale to which title is vested in said Borough of Riverdale
and which are more specifically set forth and described on the Official
Map of the Borough of Riverdale as Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and
12 in Block 19-E are hereby designated "Freedom Park" and are made
subject to the following rules, regulations, uses, limitations and
restrictions.

The use of said lands shall be limited to such
recreational uses and purposes as the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Riverdale shall from time to time fix by resolutions, except that
Lots 4, 5 and 6 may also be used for municipal operation and utility
purposes, including but not limited to the Borough garage and the
pump house and accessory buildings and equipment under the control
of the Water and Sewer Department of the Borough of Riverdale.
Certain lands lying and being in the Borough
of Riverdale to which title is vested in said Borough of Riverdale
and which are more specifically set forth and described on the Official
Tax Assessment Map of the Borough of Riverdale as Lot 32 in Block
19.03 and Lot 5.01 in Block 19 are hereby designated "Independence
Park" and are made subject to the following rules, regulations, uses,
limitations and restrictions.

Certain lands lying and being in the Borough
of Riverdale to which title is vested in said Borough of Riverdale
and which are more specifically set forth and described in the Official
Tax Assessment Map of the Borough of Riverdale as Lot 9, Block 2,
are hereby designated "Howard and Marie Appelt Memorial Park" and
are made subject to the following rules, regulations, uses, limitations
and restrictions.
It shall be unlawful for anyone to possess or
use alcoholic beverages in any Borough park, except in such instances
when permission shall be given by the Mayor and Council for a specific
use, in which event a resolution shall set forth the name of the organization
receiving such permission, the date and hours of permitted use and
any other limitations or restrictions which might be deemed appropriate.
Permits for special events shall be obtained
as provided in regulations to be adopted hereafter and pursuant to
standards as provided by regulations hereafter adopted.

It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to be parked
between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. at any municipal park
or other municipal facility without obtaining specific written permission
from the Borough of Riverdale.
Any person violating any provision of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed
$1,000 and/or be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not to exceed
90 days, or both.
