No person shall use or make available for the
use of any other person, for drinking, bathing, culinary purposes
or for the cleaning of utensils or for other domestic or potable purposes,

such quality.
Whenever the Board shall have satisfactory evidence

unsafe for the use to which the same is being put or is intended to
be put, the Board or its Health Officer shall send written notice
to the owner, agent or user of said water supply to discontinue immediately
the use of said water until the cause of the pollution has been abated
and until said water shall be rendered safe and of the quality provided
for in the preceding section.
