The fees for use of Township park, ball fields, tennis and basketball courts and other facilities shall be set annually and/or as needed by resolution.

(2) 
Each and every applicant for a permit to utilize the pavilion for group or family events shall complete the request for use of pavilion form presently being utilized, except that such form shall be modified to delete the requirement that the applicant provide a certificate of liability insurance and instead shall include the following language:
"I, __________, by signing this request hereby agree, contract and covenant to fully save, indemnify and hold harmless the Township of Washington from any and all claims, liabilities, judgments, verdicts or other expenses caused by the use of the pavilion as requested in this written request, including reasonable defense costs and attorneys' fees in the event of a legal claim or lawsuit being asserted against the Township as a result of such permitted use."
