A developer or applicant whose plan is subject
to denial or delay under this chapter shall have the opportunity to
provide infrastructure funds, improve facilities directly, or donate
necessary facilities in order to improve adequacy of facilities and
allow consideration for approval, subject to Town approval and at
the Town's sole discretion.
