There shall be reserved four parking spaces,
immediately by the playground on the library proper, for the exclusive
use of library employees during library business hours, and said spaces
shall be designated by a sign or signs advising that the spaces are
reserved and that parking by non-library employees will result in
the parked vehicle being towed at the owner's expense and the issuance
of a summons, which shall be punishable by a fine of $50 for the first
offense, $100 for the second offense and $500 for the third and each
subsequent offense.[1]
