Municipality of Monroeville, PA Article III Police Department Collective Bargaining Agreement

§ 97-7 Authorization for agreement.

The proper officials of the Municipality of Monroeville are hereby authorized to enter a collective bargaining agreement with the Police Department Wage Policy Committee, said agreement to be effective October 8, 2013, through December 31, 2017.

§ 97-8 Incorporation of agreement.

A copy of the agreement is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit A."[1]
