Municipality of Monroeville, PA Article V Public Works Bargaining Unit Collective Bargaining Agreement

§ 97-11 Authorization for agreement.

The proper officials of the Municipality of Monroeville are hereby authorized to enter a collective bargaining agreement with the Public Works Bargaining Unit, said agreement to be effective September 1, 2012, to August 31, 2015.

§ 97-12 Incorporation of agreement.

A copy of the agreement is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A."[1]
